RateABroker is a trading name. This notice refers to rights held by the platform’s legal operator; it does not imply that RateABroker is an incorporated company. See our legal information for the operator details and their current completion status.
Ownership and third-party material
To the extent copyright exists, original platform material is owned by its relevant rights holder or used with permission or under an applicable licence. This notice does not claim ownership of everything displayed on the site.
Brokers, reviewers, photographers, interview contributors, publishers and other rights holders retain their rights in their material. The permissions they grant RateABroker do not automatically give visitors permission to republish that material. Third-party data, news, software, images and other licensed material remain subject to their stated terms and attribution requirements, including any applicable open-source or Creative Commons licences.
Copyright protects qualifying expression, not the underlying facts, ideas or business concept. This notice does not establish trade mark registration, guarantee exclusive rights in generated material or expand any rights beyond applicable law.
Permitted use
You may view and use the platform’s available content for its intended purposes, including learning about brokers and comparing services through your authorised account. Keep copyright notices, credits and required attributions intact when a permitted copy is made.
Unless authorised by the relevant rights holder, permitted under an applicable licence or allowed by law, do not reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit protected material. Separate platform terms and access controls also apply to scraping, harvesting and misuse of broker or customer information.
Nothing in this notice removes a statutory exception, a right that cannot lawfully be restricted or permission already granted under a third-party licence. Do not imply endorsement or affiliation when none exists.
Permissions and concerns
For permission to reuse RateABroker material, email ben@rateabroker.com with the page or material, the use you propose and where it would appear. We can grant permission only for rights we hold or are authorised to license.
If you believe material infringes your rights, provide the relevant page URL, a description of your work, your connection to the rights holder and contact details so we can investigate. Avoid sending confidential identity or financial documents in an initial email.
